Using converted magnitudes (mb to Mw etc) USGS converts to 75 events and EMSC converts to 85 events. Potsdam events cannot normally be converted as the scale is not known.

Moscow Neutron Monitor

Neutron monitor ( cosmic ray station Moscow ) is situated 20 km south-west from Moscow in Troitsk town. It is operating in Cosmic Ray Department of Solar-Terrestrial Division of IZMIRAN. Principal Investigator: V.G.Yanke.
