Weekly Geophysical: 29 March 2013


Summary of report week: USGS is listing 26 events, EMSC is listing 32 events and GFZ Potsdam is listing 30 events. You can view each of these listings below. No active category force storms. Max 8 actively erupting volcanoes at any one time over and above the 17 always erupting.
Using converted magnitudes (mb to Mw etc) USGS converts to 71 events and EMSC converts to 70 events. Potsdam events cannot normally be converted as the scale is not known.
